Nissan has finally given me a date for repurchasing my car under AZ Lemon Law.  I will be returning my car to Larry H Miller Nisan Mesa @ 10:30 on 10/2.  I will be skeptical until I actually have the check in my hands, but at least it seems to be a move in the right direction.  Once this is complete, and assuming Nissan does not require me to sign some sort of NDA (they haven't yet), then I will publish additional information.

One thing that I will point out is that the repurchase price is based on the mileage (reasonable use charge according to AZ Lemon Law), and that mileage is based on the first written complaint to Nissan.  So if you are a Leaf owner and are having range / battery capacity issues, please be sure to file a complaint with the BBB Auto Line as soon as possible.
